If until 2023 domestic carriers carried out 50 thousand flights per year, this year this figure reaches 230 thousand.

In order to further simplify the issuance of Chinese permit forms for the transportation of goods, agreements have been reached with the Chinese side to issue such permits in electronic form since December this year.

Acceptance of the application for issuance will be carried out through the elicense portal.kz in automatic mode, if available:
1) certificates of admission with/without the use of a foreign permit;
2) access cards for motor vehicles with/without the use of a foreign permit;
3) payment to the budget of the amount of the fee for departure from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this regard, on December 4 this year in Almaty, the Chairman of the Committee for Road Transport and Transport Control of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ali A.S., conducted explanatory work among domestic carriers to obtain electronic forms and provided answers to other questions in the field of international road freight transportation.
