Previously, users could choose a ban period from 6 to 12 months, now the maximum period for self-refusal to participate in gambling and betting can be 10 years. You can use the service in the eGov Mobile mobile application.

The service significantly reduces the processing time of applications and simplifies the process of setting an independent ban on gambling. It provides an opportunity for any citizen to restrict access to all licensed gambling sites and online betting platforms. It is important to emphasize that the service is available exclusively for people over the age of 21.

🔺 To receive the service, you must:
Log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Services" → "Sports" tab;
🔹 Select the "Gambling and/or Betting Restriction Service";
🔹 Specify the year and month of the end of the restriction, click "Order a service";
🔹 Sign the application using a quick access code, Face ID/Touch ID.

After submitting the application, the user is automatically included in the list of persons restricted from participating in gambling, without the possibility of revoking the application. For those who have previously issued a restriction, the function of extending its validity is available. Upon re-submitting the application, the system will notify the user about the current status of the restriction and offer to extend it.
The updated functionality was implemented with the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC National Information Technologies and the Committee on Gambling and Lottery Regulation of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It should be noted that to date 173,868 people have restricted themselves from gambling.
