Such construction companies are “Zhiloy Fond” TÜKK (all facilities) and “Comfortniy Gorod” (Novy Gorod-2 TC, Novy Gorod-3 TC, “Britansky Komfortny Kvartal” TC).

Attention of developers - the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On equity participation in housing construction" prohibits the attraction of funds from equity holders without appropriate permission, while Article 320 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, as well as Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, provides for liability for engaging in prohibited types of entrepreneurial activity.
