Akim of the Turkestan region Nuralkhan Kusherov supervised the construction of facilities during his business trip to the city of Arys. The regional head, who severely criticized the construction of a social facility, made demands on those responsible. He said that companies responsible for poor-quality and prolonged construction will face significant fines and a blacklist. The akim warned against showing negligence in construction and looking for excuses for breakage. He gave time to urgently correct the shortcomings.
Having become acquainted with the condition of the 600-seat school being built within the framework of the “Cozy School” project, the akim of the region instructed to complete the construction of schools being carried out by the President’s instructions by the summer. He ordered to consider disciplinary responsibility for those who showed irresponsibility. The single operator of the national project is the “Samruk-Kazyna Construction” company. 29 new schools will be opened in the region within the framework of this project.
- Your negligence should not harm the people. There is no such thing as a vacation in construction. Work should be “boiling”! Those responsible should demand work at the very beginning of construction. Otherwise, things will not work out. Why haven't the doors and windows that are supposed to be there according to the documents been allocated and installed? Why hasn't the heating been turned on? You only come here when I come, and you don't show any shade the rest of the time. Who are you fooling? Stop talking nonsense and finish school by the summer, - said Nuralkhan Kusherov.
The regional head was also not satisfied with the interior decoration of the recently completed medical clinic. The medical facility that has been built in the Kozhatogay rural district was built within the framework of the national pilot project "Modernization of Healthcare in the Village". The akim gave 1 month to fix the shortcomings.
- Would you put such poor doors in your houses? No! After investing a lot of money, you need to be responsible. This is a shame for your life. You are investing in people's money, there should be compassion! You are a citizen of this village, so your responsibility increases manifold. This is a place where your villagers come. Why not do it right away and do it properly? - said the akim.
The heads of the responsible departments and the city akim have been given appropriate instructions on these issues. The pace of construction is under strict control.
