The meeting was attended by pupils and teachers from six preschool organizations who presented various projects related to ecology.
The aim of the seminar was to identify environmental problems in the environment and ways to solve them, as well as to increase children's interest in local history.
During the meeting, educators and children presented their projects on the topics "Little Ecologist", "Green Economy - Integrated Education", "Harms of Polyethylene Bags". In addition, an "Eco World" master class was held and a dialogue platform was organized called "What if you were the Minister of Nature Protection?".
- The "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign is an important and widely supported initiative aimed at protecting the environment. Today, environmental education for children in preschool educational institutions is a socially significant direction in the educational process. It is of particular importance to familiarize a child with nature in preschool. After all, a person's health, intelligence and consciousness, attitude to labor and the external environment are formed up to the age of seven. Therefore, it is very useful to hold such events frequently. Such events have been continuing since last year. Last year, 27 regional, 208 city and district meetings were held in this direction for preschool organizations, - said the head of the regional education department Marat Abuov.
Perizat Kalybekovna, a teacher-educator of the Nurshuak kindergarten in the Akkystau village of the Isatay district, teaches children how to properly sort garbage.
— I teach children how to sort plastic, glass bottles, polyethylene bags and food waste into garbage cans through a game. Since they do not recognize letters, I use cards with pictures to show the method. Now I often hear from parents that children sort garbage when they go home and teach themselves how to do it, - says the mentor.
It should be noted that this seminar was organized by the methodological center of the regional education department. More than 35 thousand children are brought up in 337 preschool organizations in the region. Among them, there are 151 state, 86 private and 100 centers.
