This year, 50 educational institutions are being built in the Turkestan region to solve the problem of a shortage of schools. Of these, 29 schools are being built within the framework of the Comfortable School project. Today, Akim of Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy got acquainted with the progress of construction of schools in Saryagash district. He gave specific instructions to the responsible persons and contractors.
– The Comfortable School project is being implemented with the direct support and instruction of our President. Work with full responsibility. Building materials, educational supplies, desks and furniture must meet all requirements. The products of local producers should be a priority. Accelerate the pace of work," Darkhan Satybaldy stressed, also pointing out a number of comments that will be taken under control.
In the Telemunara microdistrict of Saryagash, the construction of a school began in April this year. The competitive value of the facility is 5.1 billion tenge. The contractor is ART–Kurylys LLP. Currently, 45 people work at the construction site of the 900-bed school. The interior plastering works of the building have been completed and finishing works have begun. Internal power supply, heating, water supply and ventilation systems are being installed. The concreting of the floor has been completed. Windows are installed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the building.
Darkhan Satybaldy also checked the progress of construction of a 900-bed school in Derbisek rural district of Saryagash district. 155 people work at this facility. Currently, interior finishing works, installation of plumbing and electrical networks are underway. Lighting fixtures are installed in the classrooms of the first floor. Work is actively underway on facade cladding, painting, laying linoleum on floors, and installing external fencing. The roof has been completed, and work is underway to improve the surrounding area. A children's playground is being built. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the end of this year.
The governor of the region inspected the building, discussed issues with the contractor and instructed to eliminate the identified shortcomings, not to slow down the pace of construction and deliver the object on time. He also reminded the local authorities and the heads of the department of the need to eliminate problems related to infrastructure. The construction of schools will be under strict control.
