Karaganda continues to work on creating a comfortable urban environment for residents. There are plans to make free Wi-Fi in parks. This was stated by the governor of the region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev at a meeting with residents.
– Our goal is to make Karaganda comfortable for hiking. We are helped in this by urbanists who make suggestions and develop projects. Seven squares have been landscaped this year. We pay special attention to a large-scale project for the improvement of Saryarka Square in the South-East. The work has not been completed yet, next year this square should become a new point of attraction for the residents of the city," the head of the region said.
Yermaganbet Bulekpayev instructed the akimat of the city to organize winter activities in squares and parks of all districts. If the weather permits, seven ice rinks will be flooded. One of the ice rinks and a slide will appear in the park on Saryarka Street.
