The next season of the School of a young civil servant has ended in the Karaganda region. The project has been successfully operating for many years. Its task is to popularize the civil service among young people, to train future specialists of a new format.
This year, fourth-year students and undergraduates of Karaganda universities participated in the competition. 28 people were selected. After studying, the students of the school received diplomas and certificates that will help them find employment.
The most important thing is the acquired practical skills that those who wish to join the civil service will be able to apply in the future.
"The educational process included interactive trainings, facilitation sessions and brainstorming sessions, which took place on the basis of the Karaganda regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Special attention was paid to practice so that the project participants not only developed their skills, but also saw the real atmosphere of public service," the Department for Youth Policy of the Karaganda region noted.
Graduates of the school also gained teamwork skills. In addition, they learned the ethics of business communication, learned about effective communications, and project management.
In the future, the project participants will be able to try to enter the pool of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
