This year, it is planned to carry out current or major repairs to 59 multi-storey residential buildings located on the main streets of Shymkent. These works are aimed at updating the facades and roofs of multi-apartment buildings and creating a unified architectural appearance.

Currently, public procurement procedures are being conducted for conducting technical research. According to the results of the technical research, a list of residential buildings in need of repair was determined. In particular:
1. In Al-Farabi district - 20 multi-apartment buildings
2. In Enbekshy district - 8 apartment buildings
3. In Turan district - 31 apartment buildings.

Current or major repairs will be carried out on the buildings included in this list.
