A specialist who has worked in water management for almost 40 years and has made a great contribution to the development of the industry.
He received his education at the Zhambyl Hydromelioration Construction Institute as a hydraulic engineer.
He began his career in 1985 as an engineer at the Kazgiprovodkhoz branch in Taldykorgan.
As a qualified specialist, he fulfilled the tasks assigned to him with great responsibility and achieved the professional goals set for himself at a high level.
In 2023, he was awarded the breastplate "Water Management Excellence".
Currently, he works in the Department of Regulation, Protection and Use of Water Resources in the Zhetysu region.
