Working trip of the Vice Minister of Emergency Situations to Pavlodar region

Vice Minister of Emergency Situations S.T. Tulenbergenov and Acting Chairman of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations R.K. Dubayev paid a working visit to Pavlodar region.
During the working visit, the Vice Minister visited JSC "Maikainaltyn", got acquainted with the activities of the enterprise, toured a number of hazardous production facilities of the enterprise, discussed the results of the latest inspection of these facilities, as well as the results of the investigation of the accident that occurred last year.
Today, JSC "Maikainaltyn" is taking measures to eliminate the consequences of the accident. The main points of the measures specified in the accident investigation report have been implemented. According to the measures proposed by the D. Kunaev Institute, a concrete laying complex was launched to lay the previously used cleaning chambers, and the compressor station building was relocated to a safe distance from the accident site. The design organization has completed the development of a project for the reclamation of the collapse pit, the completion of filling is scheduled for the end of this year. In addition, work is underway to introduce a positioning system that will allow monitoring the location of workers in the mine. The relevant equipment has been delivered today, and its installation will begin soon.
The Vice Minister also visited the Department of Emergency Situations and held a meeting with employees of the Industrial Safety Department. Currently, all industrial safety employees have been placed in the department building after the restructuring, and harmonious joint work is underway. During the meeting, current issues of ensuring industrial safety were discussed and future tasks were identified.
The priority areas and objectives of the Department should be integrated with documents at all levels of the state planning system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as other state programs and regional plans.
