Kasym-Jomart Tokayev noted that wrestling plays a significant role in strengthening the reputation of our country in the international sports arena. He also highly appreciated the achievements of domestic wrestlers who are successfully performing at world tournaments.

The Head of State announced that Kazakhstan intends to further enhance strategic cooperation with the International Wrestling Federation. According to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, improving infrastructure, introducing advanced training methods, and holding international tournaments in our country will contribute to increasing the popularity and competitiveness of this sport.

Nenad Lalovich expressed his gratitude to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for his hospitality and expressed his readiness to continue cooperation. He noted that Kazakhstan is an important partner of the federation and noted the great successes of our national wrestling school. According to Nenad Lalovich, the aspiration of Kazakhstanis to form a healthy nation contributes to achieving high results in sports and other areas.

The meeting discussed the prospects for strengthening Kazakhstan's reputation in the world sports community and further promoting wrestling as a priority sport.

At the end of the meeting, the Head of State awarded the President of the International Wrestling Federation with the Order of Friendship, II degree, for his contribution to the development of wrestling in Kazakhstan.
