Elnar Uakhitov has been appointed Head of the State Procurement Department of the Karaganda Region.
Elnar Uakhitov began his career in 2003 as a marketing and quality manager in the logistics department of "Karaganda Zhylu" LLP. Then he worked as a director of Karaganda Tech Service LLP, a consultant at the representative office of the Center for Marketing and Analytical Research JSC, and a chief specialist-advisor to the Deputy Akim of Karaganda region for housing and communal services.
Over the years, he has held the positions of Deputy Head of the Energy and Municipal Services Department of Karaganda region, Head of the Organizational Work Department of the Akim of Karaganda region, Deputy Head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of Karaganda region, Head of the Transport and Communications Department of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of Karaganda region, Deputy Akim of Shakhtinsk city, Advisor to the Minister of Industry and New Technologies.
From January 2017 to the present, he has held the position of Deputy Akim of the "Esil" district of Astana city.
