It was noted that in recent years, about 1.5 trillion tenge of investment has been attracted to the East Kazakhstan region. This has allowed to create new jobs and ensure economic growth. New infrastructure and social facilities have been put into operation in the region.
Introducing the new akimat, the Prime Minister focused on the tasks set by the Head of State for the leadership of the East Kazakhstan region. Promising directions were identified, the implementation of which will provide employment to the population and give impetus to the development of the regional economy. Priority projects include support for small and medium-sized businesses, processing of agricultural products, and the introduction of digital solutions. The importance of providing the population with high-quality drinking water and strengthening work on the modernization of engineering infrastructure was noted.
