The forces and equipment of the Ulytau and Karaganda regions of the Emergency Situations Department are at the scene.

An additional rescue team from "ASS Seriktes" LLP was sent to assist in eliminating the consequences of the emergency at the mine.

Operational headquarters are operating at the base of the Emergency Situations Department Command Center, the Ulytau region Emergency Situations Department, and at the scene. A "hotline" has been organized to receive information: 8 (7172) 55-96-21.

The actions of the operational headquarters on emergency and rescue operations were coordinated via video conference at the Emergency Situations Department Command Center. Chairman of the Emergency Situations Prevention Committee Serik Zhunisbekov, Head of the Ulytau region Emergency Situations Department Yesen Bayyrov, Deputy Chairman of the Industrial Safety Committee Kengirbai Yeseneev are at the scene.
