During the inspection, the Department of Land Resources Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the employees of the Atyrau Transport Prosecutor's Office, identified a number of facts of illegal use of state lands.
In particular, JSC "K" was brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Article 136 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", and a fine of 2.6 million tenge was imposed.
The "K" farm was given an instruction to develop a plot of land with an area of ​​​​100 hectares located in the Makhambet district. Due to non-fulfillment of the instruction, the land plot was forcibly acquired in accordance with Article 94 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
