The “Yelorda Zhastary” housing program is being implemented in Astana, and young people whose contracts under the “Rented housing for working youth without the right to purchase” program expire in early 2025 can participate in it, the official website of the Astana akimat reports.
From February 17, the “Otbasy Bank” has begun the procedure for confirming the solvency of these citizens for further lending within the framework of the “Yelorda Zhastary” housing program.
The housing center provides referrals for checking solvency in electronic and paper format. Electronic versions will be sent to the participants via WhatsApp to the phone numbers specified.
The documents required for qualification will be valid for 30 calendar days from the date of submission.
To obtain qualifications, young people with a referral should contact the bank branches at the following addresses:
* R. Koshkarbayev Avenue, 26;
* Kazhymukan Street, 12a;
* Mangilik El Avenue, 27;
* Beibitshilik Street, 25.
Recall that the “Yelorda Zhastary” program offers young people a preferential housing loan at an annual interest rate of 5 percent.
The maximum loan amount is 18 million tenge, while a down payment of 10 percent of the market value of the housing is required, regardless of the accumulation period.
The loan term can be up to 19 years. Program participants have the opportunity to purchase their own housing in the primary and secondary markets.
