The Department of Land Resources Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of the legality of the allocation of land plots to local executive bodies of Baidibek, Tulkibas and Tole Bi districts.
As a result of the inspection, it was determined that the land plots were allocated without a competition and auction, in violation of the requirements of Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Based on the court's decisions that entered into legal force, 4.3 thousand hectares of agricultural land allocated to the state in violation of the legislation by the resolutions of the akimats of Baidibek and Tulkibas districts were returned. Of these, 1,149.54 hectares are arable and 3,209.71 hectares are pasture.
The Tolebi district akimat illegally allocated 63 land plots with a total area of 7.56 hectares for summer cottage construction.
The court declared these transactions invalid and found the decisions on land allocation illegal.
