“State support measures are provided within the framework of supporting voluntary interregional relocation to a new place of residence. In particular, one-time material assistance is provided for relocation. This amounts to 70 AECM for the head of the family and each family member. If necessary, resettlers and relatives are sent for training to obtain technical and vocational education, short-term vocational training. "In addition, measures will be provided to promote employment and entrepreneurship development," said Aiman ​​Nurlybek, head of the Abay region's Department of Employment and Social Programs Coordination.
Expenses for renting (rental) housing and paying for utilities will be paid. Those who moved to the city will receive 20 MCI per person, 25 MCI if the number of family members is 2-4 people, and 30 MCI if the number of family members is five or more. Those who moved to the village will receive 15 MCI per person, 18 MCI if the number of family members is 2-4 people, and 21 MCI if the number of family members is five or more.
In 2025, a regional quota for accepting migrants and migrants is planned for 499 people (244 relatives, 255 migrants) within the framework of the "Voluntary resettlement to increase labor mobility" program.
