The city of Turkestan is developing day by day, and new facilities are being built. However, any construction must be carried out in accordance with legal requirements. Mukhit Koshenov, Head of the Architecture and Urban Planning Department of the Turkestan City Akimat, met with design organizations, technical supervisors and contractors and discussed current issues in the construction industry.
Construction is not only the beauty of the city, but first of all the safety of residents. Therefore, strict control is being exercised over facilities being built illegally and without permits. As a result of monitoring and control work, the following data was revealed:
112 business facilities were put into operation without being fully completed. Most of them are located along Tauke Khan Avenue, Tauelsizdiktin 10 Zhildy Street, S. Kozhanov, S. Erubayev Streets, and Kyzylorda and Kentau highways. If 14 objects are demolished by a court decision, the administrative fine imposed is 29,942,120 tenge (7,475 MCI)
List of documents required for construction:
Land plot document - an act granting permission to construct the object.
Architectural and planning assignment - a project that determines compliance with urban planning.
Sketch project - an initial drawing of the building.
Working project that has passed the expert examination - a document confirming quality and safety.
