Since the beginning of 2024, 103.1 thousand citizens, of whom about 50.1 thousand are unemployed, have received certificates of completion of online courses on the Skills Enbek professional training platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform). In total, 491.8 thousand Kazakhstanis have registered on the Platform, of which 130.4 thousand in 2024.
Of the 50.1 thousand unemployed citizens who have completed training, about 15.3 thousand people are youth representatives, mainly from Aktobe, Turkestan, Karaganda, Kyzylorda regions and the city of Shymkent.
Since the launch, the authors have published 631 courses in various fields on the Platform, 292 of them are free. There are also courses from partners Courstore, Fluent Education and Yandex Kazakhstan with the possibility of switching to educational platforms for further training.
The duration of the courses ranges from 1 to 72 hours.
The most popular courses for the month of November are "Building a sales department in a hotel", "Introduction to social work", "Pichu zhane tigu", "Fundamentals of social work" and "Personnel Management".
The number of free courses on IT and telecommunications, security and emergency situations, SMART SKILLS, social services and others is constantly increasing on the Platform.
As previously reported, the Platform is aimed at increasing the level of education and professionalism of the country's population as a whole, stimulating career development and promoting the concept of "lifelong learning". It was created by analogy with international training platforms that provide access to online courses based on the principle of the marketplace of the service market.

On the Platform, the student independently chooses the appropriate pace and language of instruction, a comfortable principle of presentation of the material, can track their progress in the educational process.
Advantages for the student: advanced course search, clear lesson structure, tracking the learning process and quick interaction with course authors.
At the end of the training, the student must pass the test with a threshold level of 70%. Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate of mastery of the skill is issued. A prerequisite for completing the training is the assessment of the course by the student.
The received certificate is automatically indicated in the resume created by the student when registering on the Electronic Labor Exchange (enbek.kz ). When searching for employees, a potential employer will see certificates received after successful training on the Platform.
The placement of online courses on the Platform for authors and developers is free of charge. Courses can be posted in the state and Russian languages, and must contain various formats for presenting information: text, presentations, video and audio materials, infographics and other types. The platform assumes the possibility of adapting the interface for students with special needs.
A convenient lesson compilation constructor is available for course authors, viewing statistics and effectiveness of published courses, a diverse design of certificates is provided, and an online calculator for preliminary calculation of tuition fees is also available.
Recall that since December 2023, training courses are available through the Enbek mobile application, which can be downloaded on Google Play and the App Store.
