Another reception of citizens took place in the akimat of Shymkent city. Residents of the city have made various requests and problems.

Among them are issues of housing distribution, land relations, social security, improvement of the metropolis, construction of playgrounds and sports grounds. In addition, the citizens voiced proposals to improve the life of the city. A number of them will be included in the upcoming work plan for next year, and some will be considered in more detail.

In general, during the day, the mayor of the city and his deputies, as well as heads of departments, akims of districts received more than 180 citizens. The head of the megalopolis drew the attention of the akims of the districts to the need to respond promptly to the problems of residents, as well as to work out issues with the departments in a timely manner that the district akimats cannot solve on their own.
