In Zhambyl region, the plan has been exceeded as part of the implementation of the President's order to create 100 jobs for 10 thousand citizens. This was announced by the head of the region, Erbol Karashukeyev, at a briefing in the Central Communications Service.
This year, 46.3 billion tenge has been allocated for the social sphere, which is 1.3 times more than last year (2023 – 36.3 billion tenge).
In 10 months of 2024, in accordance with the President's instructions to create 100 jobs per 10,000 people, more than 10,000 jobs were created by supporting entrepreneurial initiatives (the plan is 8.8 thousand).
In addition, more than 60 thousand jobs have been created within the framework of the regional employment map, of which 42 thousand are permanent.
Active measures to promote employment covered 47,063 residents (plan – 47951), of which 2.2 thousand are people with special needs.
The average monthly salary in the region has been increased by 8.5%.
The speaker told reporters about the implementation of the state youth policy in the region.
In the region, young people make up 29.1% of the total population.
Since the beginning of the year, 22,683 residents have been involved in active employment measures (20,933 people plan), within the framework of the Auyl Amanaty project, 259 young entrepreneurs have received preferential loans at 2.5%.
In addition, 173.5 million tenge was allocated to the Zhasyl El labor detachment to attract 2,000 unemployed, temporarily unemployed (NEET category) young people for seasonal work.
