By the end of the year, 15 educational facilities, 23 health facilities, 10 sports and recreation complexes, and 8 cultural facilities are planned to be commissioned in Zhambyl region. Such data was given in his report by the head of the region, Erbol Karashukeyev, speaking at a briefing in the CCS.
As part of the development of social infrastructure in the region, it is planned to build 36 educational facilities (10,600 places), of which 13 have been commissioned today, including 3 "comfortable" schools. 2 more facilities are planned to be commissioned by the end of the year.
As a result, the problems of 7 schools with a shortage of student places, 3 three-shift, 3 dilapidated, 2 emergency schools will be solved.
Major repairs have been carried out at 9 schools and a technical creativity center.
3.1 billion tenge was allocated for the modernization of schools: 1.9 billion tenge to provide 215 schools with classrooms of a new modification, 1.2 billion tenge to ensure the safety of educational facilities.
At the republican competition of scientific projects in general education subjects, the Zhambyl national team took first place and became the "Best team" for the 15th year in a row. The title of the "Best team" was confirmed by Zhambyl schoolchildren and according to the results of the republican Olympiad.
According to the results of the PISA study, Zhambyl schools showed the best results, taking 1st place in the republic.
Of the 26 healthcare facilities under construction, 23 will be commissioned by the end of the year, including 20 within the framework of the Rural Healthcare Modernization project.
18 units of medical diagnostic equipment (4 computed tomographs, 5 complex X-rays, 2 ultrasound machines, 2 mammographs, 3 fluorography devices, a neuronavigation system, a mobile X-ray machine) and 38 units of sanitary transport were purchased at the expense of budget funds for 5 billion tenge.
As a result, the level of medical equipment will reach 96.7% (2023 - 91.9%).
In 2025, it is planned to implement a project to introduce a specialized system for detecting cancer using artificial intelligence.
Currently, 15 sports and recreation complexes are under construction in the region, 4 of them and 103 sports grounds have been put into operation. It is planned to open 6 complexes by the end of the year.
4 sports facilities were built at the expense of extra-budgetary funds for 880 million tenge, 2 modular gyms are planned to be commissioned at the expense of the public fund "Kazakhstan Khalkyna".
Since the beginning of the year, 5 cultural facilities have also opened their doors (4 Cultural Houses and 1 museum), and 3 more facilities are expected to open by the end of the year.
The current renovation of the building of the regional Kazakh drama theater named after Askar Tokpanov, the auditorium of the Kenen Azerbayev Regional Philharmonic Hall has been carried out.
This year, 9.1 thousand children in 224 clubs worth 1.3 billion tenge have been covered by the state creative order.
The speaker also informed about the development of the tourism potential of the region. 13 investment projects worth 16.4 billion tenge are being implemented in the industry. 6 facilities have been opened for tourists, including hotels, recreation areas, and roadside service facilities. Roads to tourist sites have been repaired, and the issue of gasification has been resolved.
