Today, the volunteer movement is actively developing and plays a significant role in various spheres of public life.
A festive event "VOLUNTEER FEST" was held in the capital. Thus, a number of volunteers were noted for their contribution to the development of the civil protection system, who are actively working to raise public awareness of natural emergencies, as well as on the procedure for emergency situations.
About 20 volunteers received awards from the Ministry of Emergency Situations for their high civic position.
In general, the Department has signed 6 memorandums of cooperation with volunteer organizations of the city, which covers about 700 people who have repeatedly participated in the elimination of various emergency situations.
"Congratulations to all the volunteers who selflessly and sincerely help people! You are an example for everyone, inspiring with your enthusiasm, kindness and willingness to help. Your work benefits and makes our city a better place. Thank you for your work, for the kindness, for the desire to come to the rescue!", – said Yerkin Kashkanov, head of the emergency response department of the capital's emergency department.
