The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a regular meeting of the Public Council on Labor and Social Protection of the Population, during which the progress of the digital transformation of the social and labor sphere and measures of social support for motherhood and childhood were discussed.
The event was attended by members of the Public Council, representatives of the Ministry of Health and Subordinate organizations.
Nurzhigit Azbergenov, Director of the Department of Digitalization and Automation of Public Services, informed about the progress of the digital transformation of the department's services. He spoke about the measures being taken to increase the availability of public services and simplify the processes of obtaining them.
"Automation of the services provided is gradually underway, auto-assignment is being introduced. This is achieved by eliminating the human factor.
The Digital Family Map is focused on the proactive provision of a wide range of services, which has been supplemented with a number of new modules aimed at monitoring the provision of support to families of Candace and internal migrants, and the formation of a social portrait of the regions. A methodology has been developed for calculating the rating of regions to reduce the number of families in the "crisis" and "emergency" categories, the FSM Social mobile application and others have been introduced," he said.
Director of the Department of Social Assistance Askar Aimagambetov told the meeting participants about social support for motherhood and childhood. He informed in detail about the number of recipients and the amount of state benefits intended for families with children, including those with many children and raising children with disabilities.
The participants of the meeting also discussed the issues of consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities.
