On the eve of the Republic Day, 50 families of the Burabay district of Akmola region became owners of new apartments. The long-awaited square meters in new comfort class houses were purchased by the akimat of the Burabay district for socially vulnerable segments of the population.
The keys were handed over by akim of the region Marat Akhmetzhanov.
"Our President pays special attention to the implementation of social projects aimed primarily at increasing the well-being and improving the quality of life of every resident of the country. One of the important directions is the issue of housing provision," the head of the region noted in his congratulation.
It should be noted that the apartments were purchased under a new mechanism for the purchase of apartments, where the selection requirements are strengthened. The residential complex is located in a residential neighborhood, there are social facilities nearby.
"We are eternally grateful to our state. And so, on the eve of our main holiday of the country, I receive the keys to a new apartment. I wish every resident to find such joy that our President gave us," said Bagilya Kasenova, a resident of Burabai village, who received a three-room apartment today.
"The houses have high and bright ceilings. Very high-quality repairs. Starting from the entrance, the house is very warm and cozy. We are very happy," said Asel Bektemirova, a mother with many children.
Also, 20 families of the regional center received the keys to new apartments today.
In the region this year, it is planned to award about 900 apartments for socially vulnerable segments of the population, including about 600 in the regional center. In total, about 2,000 families in the region will improve housing conditions under all programs.
