Abdukalimov Nurlan Yerbolatovich was born in 1986.

He started his career as an accountant at the city hospital No. 1 in Astana.

Over the years, he held responsible positions in the Ministries of Finance, Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the Ministry of Finance
He was responsible for budget planning in the fuel and energy complex.

Subsequently, he joined the national company Astana Expo-2017, where he headed the Department of Economics and Budget Planning.

He worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Almaty region.

Prior to this appointment, he was the head of the Finance Department of the Ulytau region.
