The implementation of the instructions of the Head of State to provide the population with housing continues in the Akmola region. Last year, 850 apartments were purchased in 10 regions of the region. This year, it is planned to hand over the keys to more than 1,000 new apartments. The main requirements for housing under this program are high quality, good repair work, as well as the proximity of schools and other social facilities.
The owners of the new apartments purchased at the expense of the district akimat were 16 families belonging to socially vulnerable groups. Large families, orphans and citizens in difficult life situations received shelter in the village of Balkashino. Each apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and high-quality finishing materials that create a warm atmosphere.
During the handover of the apartment keys, the akim of the Sandyktau district Serik Kudabay noted that the availability of comfortable housing is one of the main indicators of improving the quality of life of citizens.
"On the initiative of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, programs are being implemented aimed at providing the population with housing. Today, state policy is aimed at improving the quality of life of the population. It is especially pleasing that this initiative is aimed at providing assistance to socially vulnerable citizens, orphans and large families - those who are most in need of support," the akim of the district noted.
According to representatives of the construction company, the 16-apartment housing complex with neat finishing was built in six months. Materials of Kazakhstani production, including the Kokshetau Brick Plant, were used in the construction.
Alexandra Grechikhina had been waiting for her home for more than five years. Receiving the keys to the apartment was an important event in her life.
“Today is a happy day for me and my family. We got a two-room apartment. I would like to thank the President of the country for resolving the issue of providing housing. Now we live in our own house,” A. Grechikhina shared her joy.
One of the apartment owners is Olesya Shatalova, a mother with many children.
“This is a real happiness for my family! We have been waiting for the opportunity to move to a new house for a long time. Now we will have enough space for each of us and we are sure that our life will be much more comfortable. I would like to thank everyone who supported us,” said the mother with many children.
It should be noted that this 16-apartment house was the first residential complex purchased in the Sandyktau district.
