From January 25, 2025, the Citizen Reception Center under the Akim's Office of the Abay region will operate in a new administrative building at 97 Abay Street, Semey city.
At the Citizen Reception Center, you can apply to any state body, get advice from representatives of various departments, and make an appointment for a personal reception with the first heads of local executive and territorial departments of central state bodies (except for law enforcement agencies).
Personal reception of citizens is carried out according to the approved schedule. It will be published in advance on the official website of the Abai region akimat.
For the convenience of citizens, the hall of the citizens' reception center is divided into zones: "Reception", "Waiting area", "Result", "Self-service", "Consultation" and "Personal reception". A unified electronic queue has been introduced on the basis of the information system, and there are also offices for a psychologist, lawyer and medical worker.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, hours: 09.00 - 18.30, lunch break: 13.00-14.30.
