The Minister of Emergency Situations, Major General Chingiz Arinov, received residents of Astana and Almaty on personal matters.
During the reception, citizens addressed issues related to the construction of a fire station in the village of Talapker, Tselinograd district, and the activities of the personnel department of the State Emergency Service "Kazseldenkorgau".
The reception was also attended by the leadership of committees, structural divisions and the head of the Akmola region's Emergency Situations Department Bakytzhan Alashov, which allowed them to ensure prompt consideration of these issues and make decisions on the spot.
The Minister carefully listened to the citizens' requests and provided explanations on each of the issues raised. Following the reception, he noted that these issues are under constant control and expressed his readiness to resolve them.
