The Almaty region police held another weekly reception of citizens.

Five citizens came to the meeting, each of whom asked questions related to the investigation of criminal cases. An online format was organized for residents of remote areas, so that everyone could get a full explanation of their question, regardless of distance. This format allows for a prompt response to citizens' requests, reducing time and distance constraints.

All requests were carefully considered, explanations were provided for each case, and they were put under control. Additional checks were assigned on certain issues, the results of which will be reported to citizens in due time. 

- Open dialogue with the public remains an important part of our work. We understand that effective investigation of crimes and ensuring law and order are impossible without the trust of society. Therefore, such meetings help not only to clarify the course of the investigation, but also to identify problematic issues that require special attention from law enforcement agencies, - noted the head of the department Meiram Abikeev.

The police of the Almaty region continue to work openly. Regular meetings with citizens allow them to promptly respond to their requests, strengthen trust in the police and contribute to increasing the transparency of the investigative processes.
