Today, 30 families from socially vulnerable groups of the population received new homes in the Zhetysu region. The keys to the houses provided in the new residential area "Zhastar - 3" in Taldykorgan were handed over by the regional akim Beibut Isabayev. In total, 102 families on the waiting list have moved into new housing in the regional center since the beginning of the year. In particular, in the "Bereke" cottage town, in the "Zhastar-3" residential area, there were houses for citizens from socially vulnerable groups and families with many children, - the press service of the Zhetysu region akim reports.
The regional akim Beibut Isabayev, who participated in the key-giving ceremony, congratulated the new homeowners with his joy and touched upon the measures being taken in the region to provide them with housing:
- Thanks to the measures taken with the support of the state, 102 large families on the waiting list from the category of socially vulnerable groups have received houses in Taldykorgan since the beginning of the year. Today, you are among them, receiving the keys to your homes. In this new residential area, 56 houses have been built, this year we plan to build 150 houses. In total, there will be more than 700 houses here. The road will be built, the documents are ready. Also, this year we will begin gasification work. Thus, this area will become one of the large and beautiful modern microdistricts of the city in the future. Then we will begin to consider the issue of building social facilities here. In general, last year the housing queue in Taldykorgan decreased by 8.3%, this year we plan to provide housing to more than 1,400 families. Thus, in 2023-2025, about 5 thousand people on the waiting list in the regional center will be provided with housing, - said B. Isabayev held a ceremony to hand over the keys to the houses in the "Zhastar-3" residential area.
Let us recall that 10 days ago, the first 23 families moved into the new settlement in this microdistrict.
In general, among today's new homeowners there are single-parent families, families raising disabled children, orphans and those left without parental care before reaching adulthood, families raising disabled children, disabled people of groups I and II, and pensioners.
The Shabelsky family, among those who received the keys to the house, shared their joy. The young head of the family, Svyatoslav Alekseevich:
- I am now 25 years old. I have been living on the waiting list for housing since 2011. I was raised by my grandmother since I was little. Until now, my wife, children and I have lived together in my grandmother's house. Of course, we dreamed of having our own house, especially my two daughters, who would like to have their own rooms. Now, we have our own house, and we are overjoyed, - she said.
Another resident of the city, Zhanar Abdilmanova, also rejoiced in the joy of a new home. She had been waiting for 13 years for housing in the category of "incomplete families".
- Today is a big holiday in our family. The time when we moved to a rented apartment is behind us. I am happy that my children will grow up freely in a comfortable, beautiful, spacious house, - she said.
Dana Demidova from Taldykorgan also briefly told her story:
- I have two children, my youngest son is 16 years old. As a result of a serious car accident, my husband died, my health deteriorated, and I myself became disabled. Today, our family is filled with great joy and is celebrating a housewarming party. We have been waiting for this day for 14 years. I sincerely congratulate the owners of today's joy, - said D. Demidova, who has worked as a paramedic in the healthcare sector for about 25 years.
By the way, the total area of ​​​​each house is 76 square meters. There are three living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is heated by an electric boiler, and gas boilers will be put into operation after the delivery of natural gas. According to the head of the region, it is planned to bring gas to the residential area by the end of the year.
In total, 371.9 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the region last year, and this year another 380 thousand square meters of housing are planned.
