Celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan has begun in Karaganda. In honor of the anniversary and the Year of Working Professions, the Council of Elders presented the project “Honest Citizen”. The winners were awarded in seven nominations.
The laureates are people of various professions who, with their daily work, make a significant contribution to the development of the region and the country as a whole.
– We celebrate an important day for everyone – the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. Unity and peace in society have been and remain the main guarantee of all our achievements. All structures of the Assembly make their invaluable contribution to the social and public development of our country. But, in my opinion, the Council of Elders has a special place. Elders are the wisdom, intelligence, and experience of our people! – said the Akim of Karaganda region Yermaganbet Bulekpayev, respectfully welcoming the distinguished guests of the holiday.
Deputy Chairman of the APC, Head of the Secretariat of the APC of the Kazakh Parliament Marat Azilkhanov reported that more than 400 major events are planned for the anniversary year.
– Unity and labor are the basis for the prosperity of our society. These events are aimed at being among people, including close to the working man. Today's project dedicated to honoring working people is one of them, - he noted.
The best of their work was selected by a public commission.
The main award went to the veteran of labor, an honored resident of the Bukhar Zhyrau district, Nesibeldy Dosanova. She started working as a milkmaid at the age of 17 and worked for about 40 years. Being one of the eldest in a large family, she raised five children herself. Today, Nesibeldy apa has 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. The long-lived mother received many awards. He considers the two Orders of the Red Banner of Labor to be the most valuable awards.
The nomination “Eren Erbek Ysy” was won by miner, winner of the “Shakhter Danky” award Nurlan Satmagambetov.
- During the Great Patriotic War, my grandmother worked in the mine, mined coal, and took on the labor of men. After the army, I studied at a school and started working at the “Stakhanovskaya” mine. I have been working underground for 36 years. Now I lead a brigade at the Tusup Kuzembayev mine. I am teaching my experience to young workers, - said the laureate. - I am pleased to be awarded today. I did not expect this. Our brigade is multinational: there are 37 people in it, and all of them are representatives of different nationalities.
In the nomination “Erzhurek Salvator”, rescuer Magarbi Buzyrkayev was noted. The deputy chief of the fire department No. 10 of Karaganda city led the extinguishing of a fire during an explosion of a gas tank at an enterprise located near residential buildings. 53 gas cylinders were removed from the fire. Thanks to prompt and professional actions, it was possible to prevent human deaths.
Among the awardees are workers of education, culture, police, and the head of the Volunteer League.
For example, the teacher from Temirtau Vyacheslav Varzin was the first in his city to teach children robotics, develop an author's program in computer science and a scientific and methodological complex in physics. He educated winners of republican and international competitions.
A. Arina Bekpaeva, a 20-year-old student of the Karaganda Technical University named after Saginov, a future architect, has been volunteering since school.
The ceremony was attended by chairmen of the Council of Elders of the National Assembly of Kazakhstan from all over the republic, as well as prominent state and public figures, in particular Sat Tokpakbayev, Zhambyl Artykbayev, Burkitbay Ayagan, and Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations Galym Shoikin.
After the solemn part, a republican meeting of the Council of Elders was held. The discussion focused on the importance of educating young people, strengthening the family institution, and traditional values.
The participants also discussed the "Honest Citizen" project, initiated by the Council of Elders of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
