The Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a republican seminar-conference on working with the "E-archive" information system based on the National Archive.
More than 130 representatives of local executive bodies responsible for managing archival affairs and documentation in the regions took part in the seminar.
The participants got acquainted with the experience of archivists of the National Archive, Zhambyl and North Kazakhstan regions in qualitatively filling out system modules, automating the functions of expert and expert-verification commissions, and accepting electronic documents for state storage.
In addition, during the seminar, they learned about the creation of a procedural inventory, the introduction of a nomenclature of cases, the procedure for assessing the value of electronic documents, and the "Participants of the Great Patriotic War" training was conducted on the issues of entering data into the database.
At the end of the meeting, issues of modernizing the system were discussed.
