On February 21, 2025, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sarsembayev addressed the members of the Public Council and reported on the main results of the work of the Ministry of Justice in 2024. He also discussed work plans for 2025 with the members of the Council.

In his speech, Yerlan Sarsembayev outlined the priority areas of the Ministry's activities for the coming year, and noted the importance of improving the legal system, implementing legislative initiatives, and introducing digital technologies in the field of public services.

During the meeting, the participants considered issues related to the implementation of the Government's legislative work plan for 2024 and the formation of an appropriate plan for 2025. Special attention was paid to new digital projects aimed at automating processes and increasing the accessibility of public services in the justice system.

The Chairman of the Public Council Ramazan Sarpekov noted that appropriate recommendations will be developed based on the results of the meeting and discussions.

At the end of the meeting, the members of the Public Council unanimously adopted the Minister's report. And the members of the Public Council asked the Minister of Justice questions that concerned them, and he received full answers.

The work of the Ministry of Justice in this direction will continue.
