Kazakhstani figure skater Mikhail Shaidorov achieved a historic victory at the Four Continents Championships in Seoul, repeating Denis Ten's success. He scored 285.10 points in both programs, achieving the highest result in his career.

1. Kazakhstan. Mikhail Shaidorov – 285.10 points
2. South Korea. Cha Jun-Hwan (Winter Asian Games champion) – 265.02 points
3. USA. Jimmy Ma – 245.01 points
This victory is a historic event. Exactly 10 years ago, in Seoul, Denis Ten broke through at the Four Continents Championships, setting a unique milestone in Kazakh sports. Now Mikhail Shaidorov is repeating his success and continuing the glorious tradition of our country in figure skating.
The 20-year-old athlete achieved this victory with extraordinary confidence. In his main program, he performed a very complex triple Axel + four Salchow jumps, which is rare in modern figure skating. This element is currently not in the programs of other athletes.
Shaidorov recently won a bronze medal at the Winter Asian Games in Harbin, and now in Seoul he will beat Asian Games champion Cha Jun-hwan and US representative Jimmy Ma озд.
