27.02.2025 11:07:25 825Recently, social networks and online advertising platforms have been circulating offers of mediation services at a low interest rate for obtaining a portion of pension savings exceeding the minimum adequacy limit (MSP) for any category of citizens. Also, "intermediaries", using the logos of the FSA and authorized operators, announce that changes are expected in the near future on the receipt of pension savings. The SSC strictly warns that such information is untrue.
Also, we remind you that pension savings can be received only in the cases stipulated by the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. First of all, it is the retirement age, establishment of group 1 or 2 disability for an indefinite period of time, leaving the TK outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, inheritance. Citizens of the following categories have the right to use a part of their pension savings for the purpose of improving housing conditions and/or paying for medical treatment if they meet the requirements established by law:
- contributors with savings exceeding the minimum adequacy limit (in the amount exceeding the minimum adequacy limit);
- pensioners whose pension is at least 40% of lost income (previously received salary) - they use up to 50% of the savings remaining in the account receive;
- retirees (up to 100% of their savings);
- depositors who signed a pension annuity contract (up to 100% of their savings).
Purposeful use of pension savings for housing or medical treatment authorized operators only - possible only through second level banks. Accordingly, intermediary services are not required. At the same time, BZF does not charge any fees.
By agreeing to participate in a dubious activity, you not only risk losing your money, but also risk the storage of your personal data, which may be used for other fraudulent activities in the future.
BZF strongly advises its depositors and recipients to ignore such offers, to obtain information only from official sources and to act only in the legally protected area.
