Astana, February 24, 2025 – First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akan Rakhmetullin met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to the Republic of Kazakhstan Luis Francisco Martinez.
During the conversation, the parties discussed issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation in the political, trade-economic, investment and cultural-humanitarian spheres and contacts in multilateral formats.
A. Rakhmetullin noted that Spain is a reliable strategic partner for Kazakhstan in the European Union and expressed his wish for the successful holding of the meetings of the Intergovernmental Commission and the Kazakhstan-Spain Business Council to be held in Madrid in March this year.
The Spanish diplomat confirmed his intention to strengthen cooperation in all areas of bilateral relations.
