In Zhambyl region, it is planned to increase the area of ​​water-saving technologies introduced by 64.5 thousand hectares
Last year, more than 15 thousand agricultural producers were supported in Zhambyl region.
This year, 39 billion tenge was allocated to the agricultural sector. Of this, 22.7 billion tenge will be spent on subsidies, and the remaining 16 billion tenge will be spent on lending to the experience of the North Kazakhstan region and the "Aul Amanaty" program.
This year, agricultural products worth 551.6 billion tenge will be produced (in 2024 - 488.5 billion tenge). It is also expected that 58 billion tenge will be invested in the industry (in 2024 - 17.5 billion tenge).
In 2024, the total number of livestock in the region will be 3.6 million. The livestock population is 429.4 thousand head: including 429.4 thousand head of cattle, 3 million head of sheep, 173.9 thousand head of horses, and 1.9 million head of poultry.
During the year, 226.2 thousand tons of milk, 129.9 thousand tons of meat, and 123.5 million eggs were produced.
This year, livestock farming plans to produce 226.5 billion tenge worth of products. The task is to increase the number of livestock to 4.3 million heads, increase milk production to 229 thousand tons, and meat production to 135 thousand tons. At the same time, work is underway to increase the volume of eggs to 125 million pieces.
Last year, 626.7 thousand hectares were planted with agricultural crops. 3.7 million tons of produce were harvested, which is a record productivity in the last 5 years. In particular, 586.4 thousand tons of grain crops, 36.2 thousand tons of oilseeds, 172 thousand tons of potatoes, 1,195.4 thousand tons of vegetables, 156.6 thousand tons of melons, 84.8 thousand tons of grain corn were harvested. 647 thousand tons of sugar beet were harvested.
Water-saving technologies were introduced on 15.4 thousand hectares, bringing the total figure in the region to 55.4 thousand hectares.
This year, it is planned to produce 325.1 billion tenge in crop production. Work is underway to increase the area of ​​crops in the region by 33.6 thousand hectares, bringing it to 660.3 thousand hectares.
In addition, it is planned to increase the area where water-saving technologies are introduced from 55.4 thousand hectares to 64.5 thousand hectares, introduce mineral fertilizers to 83.1 thousand hectares, purchase 401 units of agricultural machinery and modernize them by 6.5%.
Under the entrepreneurship direction of the "Aul Amanaty" program, it is planned to provide loans to 598 projects for 5 billion tenge. Within the framework of this project, citizens will be provided with 4 thousand sheep and 150 heads of cattle as commodity loans.
