In order to involve students from the region in the activities of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, to form the identity of the country's youth and to support their initiatives, student assemblies "BIRLIK POWER" were held in three universities and four colleges in the region opened.
As part of the opening of the assemblies, Ust-Kamenogorsk students took a tour of the laboratories of the East Kazakhstan Technical University named after Daulet Serikbayev and got acquainted with the technological achievements there. In addition, they participated in the grand opening of the student assembly held at the Kazakh-American Free University and met with the active youth of the region and the chairman of the Republican Public Association "Assembly Youth" Timur Zhumyrbayev. During the meeting, the chairman of the organization told the students about the activities of the student assembly youth.
As part of the opening of the "BIRLIK POWER" student assemblies, a concert program "House of Friendship - Center of Public Consensus" was organized, and certificates were awarded to the young people accepted into the assembly.
- This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. The Assembly pays special attention to the development of youth initiatives and potential. Today we opened seven new student assemblies in the East Kazakhstan region. Currently, such assemblies have been created and are actively working in more than 50 universities and colleges in the country. "I believe that the Assembly Youth movement and the newly opened student assemblies will guide young people to maintain social harmony and unity, and strive for new initiatives," said Timur Zhumyrbayev, chairman of the Assembly Youth association.
