Astana, February 27, 2025 – The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to analyze the regulatory impact of regulating the activities of legal consultants in accordance with Article 83 of the Entrepreneurship Code.
Yesterday, the second meeting of the working group on issues of regulating the activities of legal consultants was held at the Ministry of Justice. During the meeting, new proposals were considered and ways to further develop the institute of legal consultants were discussed.
The working group is comprehensively reviewing the regulatory mechanisms, paying special attention to taking into account the interests of the professional community and the needs of citizens. The Ministry of Justice is ready to conduct an open dialogue and invites all interested parties to participate in the discussion.
