In Astana, representatives of Orken Kala LLP told residents of the Yesil district why an inventory is needed and how to conduct it at a meeting, the official website of the capital's akimat reported.
Deputy Director of Orken Kala LLP Gulvira Abetova said that local executive bodies will conduct activities to inventory and annually update condominium facilities and ensure compliance with the requirements, as well as record keeping in information systems and centralized data collection. However, the management bodies of condominium objects are directly responsible for conducting the inventory and providing data.
“All parts that belong to the common property of a condominium object are subject to accounting – these are facades, entrances, vestibules, halls, corridors, staircases, elevators, attics, technical floors, basements, common house engineering systems and equipment, subscriber mailboxes, land under an apartment building and land adjacent to the house, landscaping elements and other common property. Accounting for them will allow you to better organize the maintenance of the house, because if you know what the management object consists of, it will be easier to create transparency in decision-making,” the speaker answered.
Gülvira Abetova spoke in detail about how the inventory is conducted and what stages it consists of. She also drew attention to the issue of the participation of the CPC in state programs for the complex replacement of elevators, attics, heating points, fire protection systems.
