I sincerely congratulate you on the Day of Thanksgiving!
This day, strengthening harmony and unity in society, revives in our memory and firmly establishes in our minds the good qualities of our people, such as kindness and compassion, helping and caring for each other.
The earthly paradise of Zhetysu is a blessed place for more than seventy nations and nationalities, whose fates have intertwined in the waves of history. Today, the people of Zhetysu, thanks to their mutual respect, play an important role in strengthening peace and maintaining stability in our region.
On this occasion, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the residents of the region for their honest work and significant contribution to its development.
