Bangkok, Mach 20, 2025 – The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Thailand, with the support of the "Kazakh community," celebrated the Nauryz holiday. The event was attended by Kazakhstanis living and working in Thailand, as well as Thai guests.

The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Thailand, Arman Issetov, congratulated everyone present on this important holiday, emphasizing that Nauryz symbolizes harmony and unity among people. He noted that the Government and the President of Kazakhstan Tokayev pay special attention to talented youth, creating new opportunities to improve the quality of life and forming a strong nation capable of addressing any challenges. All these efforts are aimed at building Kazakhstan into a successful, fair, and prosperous country for future generations.

As part of the event, the Embassy set up a yurt decorated in traditional Kazakh style and showcased national costumes. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy the sound of the Kazakh traditional instrument “dombra”. The highlight of the evening was a vibrant performance by the "Katyusha" ensemble, whose members – Thai girls – performed famous Kazakh dances, immersing the audience in the atmosphere of national culture.

Additionally, participants and children had the opportunity to compete in traditional Kazakh games – “toqız kymalak” and “asyk atu,” which added to the atmosphere of fun and engaging communication.

At the end of the evening, guests were able to try traditional Kazakh dishes, allowing everyone to once again enjoy the culture of Kazakhstan. The most active participants and organizers were presented with certificates of appreciation.
