Islamabad, March 19, 2025 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin visited the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI).

During the meeting with the newly elected leadership and members of the ICCI, the Ambassador highlighted business opportunities in Kazakhstan and discussed upcoming events, including those aimed at increasing trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.

The parties also explored prospects for further development of cooperation between the capital chambers of Astana and Islamabad.

The President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Nasir M. Qureshi, reaffirmed the interest of the Islamabad's business community in developing trade and investment cooperation with Kazakhstan, as well as he expressed intention to participate in bilateral events.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to organize a visit of a business delegation to Kazakhstan, as well as to hold online and in-person meetings between the chambers of commerce and industry of the two country’s capitals.
