Public services are a form of implementation of private-public functions. This is the quality of life, implementing services to individuals in accordance with financial and non-financial legislation and their rights, freedoms, individually at the request of the recipients of services.
One of the main tasks of the state is equal access of all people to quality state services. This issue is established by law. The State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Shengeldinsky Rural District" provides the state service "Issuance of a decision to change the intended purpose of a land plot". How to get it? The procedure for state service is carried out as follows.
