In honor of the Nauryz holiday, a solemn ceremony was held on the central square to honor our athletes who became winners and prize winners of international competitions.

The head of the region, Gauez Nurmukhambetov, presented the keys to a new car to Yerbol Khamitov, who was the first among Kazakhstanis to win the Big Crystal Globe at the Parabiathlon World Cup. The world champion in Kazak Kuresi, Meirzhan Bereketov, was presented the keys to a new apartment. The winner of the World Cup in para-skiing, Alexandr Gerlits, the bronze medalist of the Asian Games in speed skating, Nadezhda Morozova, and the bronze medalist of the Asian Boxing Championship, Natalia Bogdanova, received cash prizes.
