Information on the activities of Call Center 1424 of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service)
In modern society, the fight against corruption is one of the priority tasks of the state. In this regard, the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) has created a special Call Center, the main task of which is to provide free advisory support to citizens and receive reports of corruption offenses.
Call Center Functions
1. Advisory support for citizens The Call Center provides explanations on a wide range of issues, including:
anti-corruption measures;
procedure for admission to the Anti-Corruption Service;
information on the progress of consideration of applications and appeals;
incentive programs for individuals who have reported corruption;
other issues within the competence of the Anti-Corruption Service.
2. Receiving reports of corruption offenses. Citizens can contact the Call Center to report:
on detected or planned corruption crimes;
on illegal actions or inactions of employees of the Anti-Corruption Service;
on facts of obstruction of business activities;
on the search for persons under investigation by the Anti-Corruption Service;
as well as with suggestions and responses regarding the work of the department.
Call Center working hours
Monday - Friday: from 09:00 to 19:00
Saturday: from 10:00 to 14:00
Sunday: day off
