We would like to inform you that on February 13, 2025, changes were introduced in public procurement conducted through an electronic store aimed at supporting domestic producers and eliminating the facts that customers circumvent the mechanism of exemptions from the national regime for the following categories of goods:
- Antiseptic products;
- Antiseptic soap;
- Disinfectant wipes;
- Means for hardware disinfection;
- Water disinfection products;
- Surface treatment products;
- Cleaning products for plumbing.

This revision was carried out for the above categories of goods, which contain analogues of goods from a domestic manufacturer, presented by Atameken in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Construction (a note about the presence of an analog will appear in the product cards).

Thus, when placing an order with the "First" type for goods not included in the list of exemptions from the national regime, customers will be able to choose a product from a domestic manufacturer if there are analogues of Kazakhstani origin for this product.

At the same time, the publication of repeat orders will be carried out by customers on a common basis among all categories of suppliers.
